Reached out to the team here in Sheridan. They were able to get my Phone battery replaced and a new screen protector on in less than an hour. They were very friendly. Made sure I was satisfied before I left. Have them check out your phone before you decide to buy new. Could be a more cost effective solution.

Needed a screw for the laptop and the nice gentleman fixed it at no charge. Wonderful customer service! Exceptional service on having additional work done on the laptop!

They had my lap top for nearly 4 weeks. After the first week I called and was told it was being worked on. The same answer was given the next week. I asked how much this was going to cost me. I was told under $100.00. They told me they had to order a keyboard. I asked how much was that. They said it would come in at under $100.00 out the door. A week later, After calling twice they finished the work. Upon picking it up it was $178.00. When I asked about the discrepancy, the reply was i dont know who told you that. Dont do buisness with this outfit. Dishonest.

Had my laptop worked on last November. 1st time I picked it up they gave me the wrong computer bag , took them 4 more tries to find mine. Took it in again to have Forest remove a virus protection program off that his tech put on. Brought in the laptop with the power cord and battery that came with it when I purchased it, a large battery. Picked the lap top up and noticed the power cord and batter wasn’t with it. Asked Forest where they were, and he stated they weren’t with the lap top which I said yesI handed them to you with the laptop. He couldn’t find them so were they stolen or mistaking given to somebody else? He had to improvise giving me a much smaller battery and power cord. Would not recommend bringing your computer etc here.
