The staff is very helpful. They explain how it works, what you need to do, and show you how to do it. They have the technical knowledge to help you with your problems or questions. We had to buy a new computer so they asked questions first what we used it for and what was important to us. Then they made recommendations. They have computers in store so you don’t have to order on line. They provide security on your computer at a very low cost with an annual plan.
