Took my computer in to upgrade my SSD, wound up building a new computer! Jack is absolutely the guy you want taking care of your computer. I took it in just before they took a short holiday break and he quickly put together a temporary setup so I wouldn't have to go without for a few days. I know a fair bit about computers but he explained everything in great detail which was very helpful. He even included some components for free. He's a pro and a good guy!

Called them today for emergency as our work computer wasn't working. Joe was at our business, Moo's Gourmet Ice Cream within 10 minutes and fixed our computers in under an hour! We will always bring our computer issues to Joe, Trish & Jack! They are the absolute BEST!

They fixed the issue of my laptop, but it took longer than the agreed time, initially they said the cost would be $65 and when picked up it was higher $138. My laptop memory was changed without my approval they never gave me a phone call and never even notified me when the laptop was ready for pick up.

Replaced my hard drive, excellent service. Dropped off at 2pm, picked up next morning. Fired up the pc when I got home, exactly how I wanted it. 5*****

In a very expensive town, these guys clean my iPhone port out so it will charge again no charge. Great customer service, very friendly and quick!
