I'm techie. I've built many systems before. Was stonewalled on a new build with all new parts (except the PSU) and very frustrated. Took it to ProTech and he helped me discover that the PSU was the issue - which didn't even cross my mind. His prices were very reasonable and I appreciate him, will use him again and recommend him. He knows what he's doing and he is honest - things that are rarer and rarer in the IT world these days.

A problem came up with my computer not recognizing my hotspot on my phone and I called and was told a couple things to try first (never met him or been into the business) and then if that didn't work to come in and he'd take a look.
