I used this outfit to help me with a problem signing on to and getting and sending my email. I tried to solve it myself, and tried to get help from my wifi service provider, but no luck with either of these. I was at my wit's end, (I was responsible for the communications in our local Dressage Club) and finally gave PCCowboys a call. The owner called me back pronto, and talked me through a bunch of steps to reestablish the link with email that had somehow become broken. Boom! I was back up and running! Very grateful for the kind, simple advice that got me going.

Bought a refurb laptop here that barely ran, asked the guys what to do, they told me to update. The laptop wouldn’t update so they offered to return it. Weeks after returning the laptop the man in the computer repair store couldn’t figure out how to refund my money, so I took a laptop in for repair as a store credit thing. After over a month I received a call, in which I was told the laptop was worth less than the work it would take. So I spent $170 on a paperweight. All in all it seems like these guys are hit or miss. They either like you and take care of you or they make fun of your reviews after you have bad service.

Absolutely wonderful people. They built a gaming PC for me and it is absolutely phenomenal and the people there are extremely friendly. The owner met me after work hours so I could pick it up after I was traveling for Military would 100% recommend these people to work on your computers. Wonderful people.

Brought my Xbox in because it wouldn’t turn on. Guy couldn’t fix the issue but they still charged me 45 bucks. Told me my best bet was to buy a new Xbox. Will never be using their services again and will not recommend them to anyone. (Edit) Owner response says the charge was for the cleaning which makes sense but the cleaning didn’t fix the issue which is my Xbox not turning on. My Xbox is still broken and now I’m out 45 bucks that I could put towards a new device you did nothing for me except clean my garbage. Not to mention the Xbox made a slight sound when trying to be turned on now it is completely dead not only did you not fix it you somehow made it worse.

Worst service ever. They had my PS4 from may through December. They sent it off to get fixed. Once it came back we took it home and tried it instantly. And it was still broken. We took it back and were told they would try to fix it or get ahold of the company that tried to fix it. I called to check in multiple times throughout this endeavor, and every time was told I’d get a call back (which never happened) finally we went in for a refund as our console was torn apart collecting dust for months! And the owner offered a partial refund in the form of in store credit, when questioned about why that was the case the owner told us to leave his store or he was calling the police! So he still has our ps4 and all of our money! Don’t risk it! Horrible service!
