The store manager DANIEL has to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a retail location. From start to finish he was snarky, rude, and put out that there were customers in the store that wanted help from him. He is costing this store money with an attitude like he has. I for one will never go back to this location and will drive out of my way to go to an actual Apple Store for all of my future Apple purchases. I purchased a phone case for my iPhone 8 on April 17th and when I got home I realized I could get the same case for 1/2 the price. I took the phone case back on April 21st and the manager charged me a 10% restocking fee and listed it as a "manager discount." The entire time I was there he was incredibly rude and snarky to me. When I came back in 10 minutes later to dispute the restocking fee he flat out refused to give it back even though the back of their receipt says only hardware and computers have a 10% restocking fee and there was nothing on the accessories. I am a huge apple fan and only use apple products, but I will not return to this store. I will drive to Colorado and go to an actual apple store before I ever step foot in this store again which is a shame because I have spent quite a bit with this store. Their store manager is costing this business customers and sales. Oh well no one cares about customer service anymore just about the bottom line.

Simply Mac is a great place to get help with your Apple product. I've been there three times. In each instance the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and able to solve my problems immediately. While it is true they charged $20 or $40 for services rendered, they also gave me good advice and once charged nothing for a 15 minute consultation. Beyond that, their advice has always included the most economical solutions. I'm grateful for their presence and I'm glad to share what I regard as a valuable resource.

I took my MacBook in to this store for service on November 22, 2017 for repair after an unfortunate user error while upgrading to a new operating system. They gave me a work estimate of 3 - 5 days and told me it would be a minimum of $69 for diagnostic work. I was told that evening that I would probably lose everything on my computer. I asked them to see what they could do to save my data. I didn't hear back until I went into the store and spoke with the manager more than a week later. He promised better communication and told me they were still working on the problem. I received one follow up phone call to tell me they were still hard at it! On Monday, December 4 I went into the store, paid my money and walked out with my computer in the same state as it had been almost 2 weeks earlier. I made an appointment with another company and two hours and $43 later had a fully upgraded and intact computer. Never again will I waste my time or money at this store.

Do not bother going to this store! I am not surprised to see all of the bad reviews about this simply Mac store and I see that Daniel (whom I believe is the store manager) is mentioned several times and he is exactly who I had experienced very appalling and rude behavior from as well. He isn't very knowlegable and I had to spend several hours and seek help from an apple customer service agent twice before anything was accomplished to fix my problem with my daughters iPhone and him straight out lying to me. Worst customer service experience that I have ever had.

I received pretty poor service here. We called ahead of time and verified that our iPhone was eligible for a free battery replacement because of a recall. When we arrived the clerks did not seem very knowledgeable of the return process and the employee we worked with had to be walked through step by step on how to perform a diagnostic. Once again, we were told that our iPhone was eligible for a free battery replacement because of the recall but we had to leave it at the store because they didn't have the parts in-house and they needed to send it away. We got a call a few days later stating that they never sent the iPhone in for repair because it was not eligible due to when it was purchased. We live 90 miles away and had to make two trips for something that could have been resolved over the phone. The repair prices were very high. We got much better service and pricing from an independent iPhone repair person.
