Fernando was excellent! I brought my custom built gaming pc in to see if he could help to install some fans, as the pc wasn’t cooling properly. He was able to install the fans, as well as replace my liquid cooler, as he determined that it was no longer working. Fernando also gave constant updates as to the status of my computer which was amazing. He really took his time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. If I have any more computer issues, I will be going to Fernando!

Had taken a friend here a few times while his computer was being worked on, so when my ipad mini had the glass broken and became unreadable i went to see if anything could be done to save all my pictures, contacts, and my many passwords for various sites and apps that i needed. The owner (Fernando) listened to the predicament i was in and began the long process of restoring my access to the digital world. After ordering parts needed and numerous trips to his shop to restore my life we became good friends as well beyond just being a customer. He treated me with the utmost respect for my prior military service and my current life situation and displayed a true interest in my life troubles. I have bought several computers through Fernando and they have performed as he stated. Anytime I have had a problem he has been there to help.
