I walked into the store with a clear goal—finding a CPU that could power my four monitors more efficiently than my laptop. After they thoroughly explained their custom, site-built systems, I knew I was in the right place. I stepped outside to call my partner and confirm the purchase, then walked right back in and bought it on the spot. These guys know their stuff—you can tell. Even someone who isn’t super tech-savvy, like me, can recognize their expertise. I took the CPU home, and aside from me accidentally plugging a USB connector into the wrong port (which they resolved in about 10 seconds over the phone), the system has been flawless. No glitches, no lag, no issues—just smooth performance. I waited about a week to write this review to really put the computer through its paces, and it hasn’t disappointed in the slightest. Bottom line: go see these guys! They know their stuff, their prices are ridiculously competitive, and their in-house guarantees and warranties are something I trust far more than any big-box store. I am very thankful for the quick turnaround. I realize that may not always be possible but I had my laptop back within 24 hours. Clean work on reformatting and uploading new drivers and updates. I was experiencing problems with my four-year old Dell, (bought for gaming mainly) and trying to decide to upgrade it or replace it. I visited Geek Garage (GG) to discuss this and see what they might be able to offer. They offered a house computer that was reasonably priced and would be able to handle my needs. They discussed all my concerns and did so intelligently. I believe in local business, so I decided to buy their machine. Another factor was their support. We’ll have to see how this goes, but their declared support program impresses me, and I look forward to working and learning with them.
