My HP laptop crashed 1 1/2 weeks ago. I used it 24/7 for 50% for my engraving, etching, and wood burning and 50% for my online bookkeeping. I thought for sure it was uncoverable and would have to purchase another laptop that would be twice as expensive. Unfortunately, there were no computer repair stores where I live! Not only was he so knowledgeable, accommodating; but his customer service was impeccable. Not only did he replaced my hard drive, loaded Microsoft 10, but he retrieved most of my corrupted files on my original hard drive. To my greatest surprise and appreciation, he didn’t charge as much as most of the common computer stores would have. Even though I had to restore and/or replaced some of my apps… it still cost me 50% if I had to start all over by myself! I highly recommend his services! Thanks again Lennie
