I ordered some prints yesterday morning so I went to the store about 3:30-4 to pick them up. The lady at the print center the cash register said Elizabeth was so rude. She was on the back wall working on something she finally turned around and saw me and asked me what I needed. I told her I was there to pick up my copies and gave her my name.she got on the computer looked up my name and said they were not due until tomorrow but my email said the 25th. She then told me it was her next project and she would do the best she could as snotty as she could. They were just pictures that needed to printed on a copy machine I was going to use for a craft nothing major I told her just to cancel my order and then she really got snotty told me ok and to get out of there and have a very nice day. Needless to say I won’t be going to staples for nothing

We purchased an office chair for a relative and as I was assembling it, noticed that we had been given two right arms. I called the store and they gave me two options: call the manufacturer and have them ship the correct part of bring the chair back to be marked as damaged- since our time in town was brief, I decided to bring the chair back. The manager exchanged the partially assembled chair for a new one, opened the box to make sure it had the correct right AND left arms, helped me load the new chair and told me that if I had any additional problems, the store would be open until 8! Great customer service!

Ariana was great at understanding and meeting my needs to get a brochure made. I am not very tech savvy and she was on point and helped me tremendously and ther result was perfection.
