I normally do all of my own computer work. However I was stuck on trying to figure out what was going on with my desktop. So I gave this guy a call. He returned my call quickly and even came to my house and picked up my tower. As he was trouble shooting he kept me in the loop, even sending me pictures along the way. He quickly determined what the issue was and brought my tower back to me. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend this company! Ty also gave me advice on what to watch for so I wouldn't mess it up again. He saved me a lot of money. Since I am disabled that is a much needed service.

I can't say enough good things about Ty. I am so grateful to have found him. He genuinely cares about his clients. He asks me to call before I click on something I shouldn't, no matter what day or time it is. Or if I just have a question on how to do something, he'll walk me through it. He will even come to my home to help me. He explains everything so I can understand. I wanted a new system, and he was able to get me the right one, and he set it all up for me. Can't say enough about the quality of service and Ty's knowledge of electronics. We got a new computer setup and everything transferred from the old one and our TV's setup for streaming. If you're not sure what to buy he will go get it for you. Also, Ty is available pretty much anytime to answer your questions etc., and he actually answers the phone. His prices are very reasonable. He can do much more for your electronic needs than we needed at this time. Give him a call, you won't be sorry.
