Worst service I've ever had! Quoted me a price of $230. Then high jacked my phone to try to extort me out of 200 more dollars to get my phone. When I refused to pay the extra trumped up charges! They took the phone apart. Basically destroyed it! I vow to sue the criminals!

Very knowledgeable staff. No frills but they worked quickly and efficiently and I had my phone back in perfect working order within 5 hours. Also saved me hundreds of dollars by repairing my phone as opposed to me having to purchase a new one

Great service and got my repairs done in a timely manner. I'm so glad they offer free laptop screen replacements if the first one has any defects. Unfortunately, both screens I've had replaced had dead pixels from wherever they got them from. Hopefully third times the charm.

The part was ordered and I was told I’d be notified within 5 business days. I waited over 2 weeks and went to your store to see what was going on. The tech behind the counter said “oh your part it here. Let me Go get it”. Waited and waited and when he came Out he said “ I don’t know where someone put it”. Asked if he Could Call Me later. I said I’d come Back tomorrow. Yep part still Cannot be found. Asked if I wanted it reordered. I said NO I’ve been patient enough. So I went someplace else.

I was told it could take 2-5 days to replace the laptop battery. That is a long time to be without my laptop. I was very happy to get a call the next day that it was ready so I picked it up right away.
