Service here sucks. Wanted to charge me $270 plus to fix my iPhone 11. I love being a loyal Apple customer, but hate how proprietary they are with parts and their inflexibility with their pricing, considering I was going to spend almost $300 to fix a 4 year old phone, when I can buy a new one for that price. Do better.

Reservations don’t mean anything, had to wait 25 minutes to get help. Was told to come back at a certain time to get my fixed phone back and then they were 45 minutes late again with no text, email, or phone call for a heads up. Then the checkout guy mentioned how “quick” it was. First and hopefully last time in an Apple store. The place is a mess.

Fantastic customer service. Lots of folks to help, minimal wait time even being right around the lunch hour. Didn’t catch the name of the folks I worked with but they were very helpful from the get go. Overheard other customers talking about the great customer service too.

Horrible customer service. Came in for a watch repair. I wish I knew the guys name. Told him the crown of my watch wasn’t working. He clocked the crown three times and was like “yep not working and nothing I can do here. It’s not like I’m trying to sell you something but your best option is buy a new watch.” I replied and asked why I would buy a brand new watch if it’s just going to break in two years like this one did. He said “they aren’t supposed to break, some people’s last 6 years.” The other kicker? The warranty only lasts 2 years. Truly horrible customer service. Left with no option except for this jerk to make a commission so I walked out.

Checked in with a guy standing by the door. He told us to wait at a certain table. Plenty of employees walking around and I would try to get their attention and nothing. I finally just approached one as he was standing there doing nothing , asked him to buy a phone. I got nothing but a rude sarcastic response. The actual guy that sold us the phone would stop to help someone in the middle of helping us. All I wanted to do was go in buy the phone and leave . The process was confusing. They have a horrible set up and bad customer service.
