I had an amazing experience using Wausau Computer Services. I am not a computer-savvy person by any means, but I knew something was wrong with my computer when it went unresponsive and sent out a wisp of smoke when I tried turning it back on. I took it to Wausau Computer Services and got it back a few days later. He checked over the computer first and confirmed that the hardware was just fine. He did his thing, and it is running smooth again! Not only was the work fast and affordable, but it was honest. He could have easily told me that this would be a big fix and would have needed new hardware and hours to install it, but instead he did right by his customer and did the cheap and easy fix that the computer actually needed. I recommend using Wausau Computer Services if you have a computer that needs fixing!
