I had a wonderful experience here! Eugene quickly figured out what was wrong with my watch, explained to me how it needed to be fixed, and managed to get it done ahead of his original estimate just in time for my friend’s wedding this weekend. I will be sure to return here if needs be and recommend to any family or friends needing clock/watch repair.

Eugene and his partner have been providing honest, professional and knowledgeable service in Waukesha for many years. I have used them from everything from a simple battery replacement, watch cleaning and total refurbishment of antique timepieces. Recently, I had a very special watch that the manufacturer stated "could not be fixed"... After about 20 minutes of troubleshooting, cleaning, Eugene had it working like new! You can trust this team!

Brought my Father's vintage Hamilton watch in for service 180.00$ it was a working watch just wanted to be able to preserve it for another generation. In less than 6 months of occasional use it stops running . Tried to wind it every day to see if use had any thing to do with it having to tap in palm of my hand to get it running. I only wish I still lived in wisc to lodge my concerns in person. I know these things happen when dealing with mechanical things but watch circle was recommended as professional. Took in my wife's MK watch and my Movado chrono watch in to have batteries replaced. Wife's watch was a breeze for the gentleman but the Movado was another story. He spent about 5 min trying to open the back without any luck. He came to the counter and said it was on really tight and picked up a swiss army knife and went over to try and pry open the back which made me a bit nervous. Well, he ended up gouging the back to the point where it is sharp to the touch. If the traditional tools used to open a watch did not work I wish he would have stopped and recommended taking it to another location vs damaging the watch. Not too happy right now.

I took my recently purchased Movado watch to them to make sure it was authentic. He took time to explain how the automatic watch works since I have never had one. He then took the watch over to his microscope and verified it was authentic. He did not want any money for his time but I left $20 on the counter. I will definitely be back.
