I broke the screen on my Samsung Galaxy s8 and damaged the case a bit. Tony was able to get the screen and put it on the next day. Quicker and cheaper then the other places I called. Way nicer too. Nice clean and comfortable lounge to wait while you get electronics fixed. You can tell he knows what's he doing and willing to share. Will definitely be going back next time I need my phone or PC fixed. Happy to have a place like this locally.

This was a really nice cell phone repair and electronic repair business service. The man working was professional, and friendly. He has a fix first and then pay policy so that if he tries to fix it and it doesn't work then there is no charge which was wonderful because my phone turned out to not fixable. He had a game system you can play while you wait for your electronic item to get fixed which was super cool and fun. He was also helpful by telling me where I could go to purchase a new phone inexpensively and where I could go for phone service for a reasonable price.

Tony is the man. I accidentally busted my IPhone a few months back and I decided to go to him to help troubleshoot the issues. Turned out the screen had broke, but the remaining parts of the phone were still functioning. He hooked up a spare screen to the phone and I was able to upload all my data to my iCloud. He only charged me $20. Very knowledgeable guy and fun to talk to while he’s fixing your mistakes! Highly recommend.

I brought my Moto G6 in with a cracked screen. He ordered a new screen and did a fine job replacing it at a very reasonable cost. However, when I got home I noticed I had a SIM Card issue and couldn't make or receive calls or texts. To make a long story short, he tried to fix it but couldn't. However, he bent over backwards and went out of his way to replace my phone free of charge, because as he said "your phone worked when it came into my shop and didn't work when you left, so that's my responsibility." I was extremely impressed with his friendliness and professionalism, as well as his willingness to do what he had to do to fix his mistake. A lot of places would have said "too bad". Not him. I will absolutely be bringing him my business from now on and you should too.

What a great experience! Tony was so easy to work with. Very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Had my son's phone repaired in about an hour. Watertown is lucky to have this business right in their own backyard!
