I am impressed and greatful for the service that I received from Eric. Originally I was told by HP Support that my laptop needed a motherboard replacement (almost the cost of a new laptop). Eric was able to diagnose and repair my laptop at a fraction of the cost of a motherboard replacement. It is nice to find someone who is honest and fair, and I will be taking my laptops and PCs to him for any future services. I will be recommending to family and friends.

Eric was able to get my laptop fixed efficiently! He explained everything and asked my permission to perform certain tasks on the computer so that I was informed each step of the way. He is friendly and offers the customer service you would want to receive during the stressful event of a computer malfunction.
