Have been going to this place on and off for years. I did have a subscription with Geek Squad, but for the last 3 years, their quality of knowledge has been getting worse than ever so I'm not going to a corporate system anymore, I'm going back to a local service like Hometown. He was on time as he had mentioned a reasonable price

Scott knows his stuff and exhibits patience and understanding. Skills hard to find these days. He doesn't have a fancy showroom flash or glitter. What you see is what you get! Fast, accurate, great service!

I talked to Steve over the phone about my keyboard not working on my laptop. He was really helpful and suggested checking the warranty status to see if the manufacturer would fix it. I thought he seemed helpful and friendly, and ended up taking my laptop to him. Wanted to support a local business. He mentioned that he would take it apart and, if he needed a new keyboard, he would order it and not put my laptop back together until he got the part. Understood and told him that would be ok because I had a spare for a week. Then....never heard from him. Left several messages and stopped in twice. I finally said I absolutely needed it on a Thursday. No word. I went in during his hours and he was gone, so I left a note that I would pick it up the next day. Luckily, I was able to pick it up and he had put it back together and said “I never got the tracking on the part”. No apology and no explanation for why he didn’t even bother to let me know status. I understand a small business is busy, but letting me know the status would have been appreciated. And, when you don’t have the tracking info, why not call to get it?

Brought in my home laptop a month ago. Just got it back yesterday. Had repeated trouble reaching Scott by phone to get repair status as time went on - he doesn't usually answer the phone so VM only with him and he only returned my calls once. New problem after repair; touch pad won't work. Was working when brought in. Solution on Scott's part was to provide me with a mouse, saying he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the touch pad. Due to many calls unreturned over a month (and got the laptop back only when my husband went there in person to get it), broken touch pad upon return of laptop , would have to say, unfortunately, not terribly happy. He did restore my programs to working order, however. Cost for that was fairly reasonable, however offset by touch pad now not working. I haven't used it yet so hopefully all the programs are working again.......

Bought my custom built gaming pc from Scott almost 2 years ago. Best experience I've had in buying a gaming computer in the last 15 years. I told him my price point, what graphics card I needed and he worked with me every step of the way to build a fantastic pc that is still running games on ultra to this day! If you want someone that knows about AMD and Nvidia.... He is the guy to talk to!
