Buyer beware! Quantum Technologies likes to sell you virus protection which renews annually for as long as you're alive. You cannot cancel without late fees and surcharges. There are better options for purchasing a laptop, companies that operate in a totally ethical fashion.

Amazing company. They did such an amazing job job putting my new pc together. Only issue I have (which is really a non issue because I wanted specific parts for my computer) to bring in parts you purchased, if anything craps out it is a little more difficult to work out. Like I said “kinda a non issue”. Thank you so much I recommend them 110%.. if your bringing your own parts just make sure to ask questions so you know all the details.. thank you again you guys are amazing I will be back as a return customer. There were a few glitches with equipment arrival and why my appointment was delayed (got 2 different stories) and then an oversight in the installation which was rectified the next day. I was told I would be compensated on my invoice (which was a pleasant unsolicited offer) but then I was charged the full amount. The install guys were very nice and professional and the main office person was a great mediator between what was going on in the office/delivery and onsite.
