Ripon Technology

I've been using Ripon Technology for several years now. Joe (the owner) is always very pleasant. Every time I called him, he came over to my house the same day or the next day. I am really impressed with all the knowledge he has. He has always fixed what is wrong with my computer, whether it is my desk top or laptop. As he is fixing things he is also giving you info about what you should and shouldn't do to keep your computer running at optimal performance. His prices are very resonable. I would recommend Joe and Ripon Technology to anyone. He deserves more than 5 stars.

Joe was awesome! He made time for me to drop off my laptop and see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately the motherboard went kaput and was shot (known problem with brand). Luckily enough, Joe happened to have a spare laptop that he was experimenting on and sold it to me for a fantastic price and helped me get it set up and running (I am using it to write this review lol). He even removed some of the components from the old laptop for me to keep and threw in a nice laptop bag to go with it! He helped update my spare laptop quick while I was there as well! This is a HOME RUN Business AND Joe knocks it OUTTA THE PARK with his service!! Be aware that because it is a small home run business, he has customers drop off at the local Radio Shack and has a $10 diagnostic fee that goes towards your repair if you use his services. I would absolutely recommend Ripon Technology for all your computer needs!

The hard drive for my laptop crashed. Took it to Joe. He assessed the problem. I decided to purchase a new laptop as the crashed laptop was getting old. Joe was able to recover all of my files off the old hard drive, loaded them onto the new laptop and helped me get the new laptop set up and ready to use. Joe was great to work with, was persistent in working to recover all of the old files and his rates are extremely reasonable. I am very grateful to have chosen to go to Joe for help and would highly recommend him for your tech needs. I will definitely be returning to him for my future needs.
