Computers Plus

Today was the first time in my life I took a pc in for repair. The repair guy was friendly, kept me updated with progress and gave me options. Personable, Old school customer service. I will be back for sure if I ever need pc work done.

Very pleased with the help and service I recently received at Computers Plus. After my computer would not boot up I took it into Computers Plus and Bill took a look at it and promptly communicated with me that the motherboard had crashed and explained my options. The hardrive was able to be recovered and Computers Plus had a used laptop available for puchase that has been working great for me for over a month. Very thankful for this local business in the Northwoods and highly recommend!

My first visit here. After our recent storm, my computer would not start - just a blue screen. I brought it to Computers Plus, and they addressed my concern right away. Turns out, it started right up for them. And even though they still went through my computer updates, malware, and confirmed there were no other problems, they did not charge me. I would have understood if they had...they had some time invested. I also appreciate that they took time to go over everything with me, especially since I picked up so close to closing time. Very good customer service!

Bill and Sherrie are wonderful. Very professional yet personable. The hard drive on my old laptop was going. Sherrie transferred everything over onto a new laptop for me in record time and took me through the steps of now using Windows 10. She did a great job at explaining everything to me. I wouldn't take my computer anywhere else. Highly recommend.
