These folks worked hard and had to get creative to get a signal to me. Service has been great, down time is very rare, and the speed allows me to do everything I want. I get an immediate response to any outage and have never been without service for more than an hour or two. This is s tremendous service.

Started out happy, it worked well, suddenly went right down the drain the last month, have called 3 days in a row to get it fixed, nothing gets done, very unreliable, very slow speeds, and the costumer service isn’t helpful nor are they polite and willing to help it seems like
