BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD is fantastic. I bought my appliance at the appleton store, but it was the Plover Best Buy Geek Squad that did the delivery...3 times!! My first delivery, the appliance worked so poorly, we thought it was broke so they exchanged it, and the 2nd one was just as bad so I picked out a different brand all together (Best buy return policy is great, BTW). So, Tyler and his crew mate D, went waaaay above and beyond what was required. Even though they had to remove and install 3 times, they were just as pleasant the third time as they were the first time. These 2 gentlemen were kind, respectful, knowledgeable and hard working. I had way more interaction with them than the salesmen on the floor, and im sure they don't get enough credit. So, thank you Tyler and D so much, you will be happy to know my 3rd one is a keeper.

I recently had a repair done on a computer I own that is covered under my protection policy at Best Buy through Geek Squad. (Not many complaints about the protection plan itself other than I believe they replaced the motherboard I had in my device with a cheaper-grade motherboard... which I have noticed longer processor times with, I suspect) The technician who I received my computer back from had instructed me to disable Bitlocker encryption after it served the purpose of keeping my device perfectly protected as it should, (and I have personal information on my device as do we all), and all it took for me to access my device was running out to my car to grab my phone to log in to my Microsoft account. After disabling Bitlocker encryption per the technician's persistence (he said I should disable this encryption from all the trouble it took to get into my device). It appears now when I try to re-enable encryption on my device, my device no longer is capable of this function for some reason??? It appears to have downgraded my operating system as well. I am very irate, that I listened to the Geek Squad technician against my better judgement, and proceeded to disable my encryption. Now, even with money left on my protection plan, I most likely will NOT return my device to Best Buy Geek Squad in the event of needing a repair since my information is all vulnerable and at risk of being compromised. I am unsure if Geek Squad will be able to replace my ability to enable Bitlocker encryption on this device, or if I will need to contact Microsoft to see if this is something they can fix for me.

I had trouble scheduling appointment. I was on phone for 37 minutes to schedule appointment then got hung up on. Not sure who has time to waste with waiting on scheduling an appointment. I had to go to store to get service. I'm not sure if it was bad customer call center or just a way for Best Buy to scam people out of of service. Once appointment was scheduled someone finally came out but we are still waiting on a part.

The worst ever I have called here five days in a row to get a ipad fixed that they sold me broken still under warranty and I call the number and put in the store extension which I was td is 2777 I finally I get a person I try to ask a question and this person said to me I don't have time and just hung up on me , I will never buy anything for this store again , at least Walmart answers questions,I am very upset over how unprofessional this company is
