Very kind! Definitely the best repair place I've been to, and he's helped my grandparents before too. He was very willing to fix my computer, but gave me honest advice and told me that saving up for a new one would be better. He took care of my issues and another customers at the same time, he was very thorough and careful but also made sure we weren't waiting for a long time! Would go here again in the future if I ever need to.
