uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Broke my phone last winter, brought it here to get it fixed. They fixed my screen for about 400$, which was fine. Less than a month later, black spot appeared in my screen. Took it back, got it fixed for free under the warranty, no issues. Another black spot appeared less than 6 months later. They fixed it again, kept giving me excuses as to why it kept breaking. Whatever. Screen broke again last month. No cracks, no visible damage, just a giant white spot and now the screen doesn't respond to touch. Now the phone is completely unusable, and I have to pay for an entirely new one out of pocker from my provider. Disappointed, they don't seem to know what they're doing, or at least they're doing it very sloppily and lazily. Don't recommend this place.

Brought in a tablet as the staple part of the charging cord broke off in the charging port. Quick and friendly service to fix it. Brought several devices here over the years and always wonderful service. Highly recommend for needed electronic repairs. They also assist with gaming devices and accessories

Gavin was absolutely awesome. Very nice and did a great job. Fully recommend everyone to get there phone fixed here. And he needs to get compensation for being such a good person

I called on a Sunday to the Oshkosh store with a pixel 9 that the US Cellular store couldn't repair. I arrived and gentleman came out a had it repaired In five minutes. Didn't care to me. I highly recommend this particular store.

Went for minor repairs to my phone in Oshkosh. They were prompt, courteous and fixed my problem in about 15 mins. However, what is so amazing about this is that they did it while another customer was being extremely rude and loud. During all this yelling all technicians were very polite and calm. Even shielding other customers from this customer. Special mention of the employee named Gavin. He did a great job!!
