Milwaukee PC - Oshkosh

I recently got into PC and made some mistakes to my system but the two times I went in the main manager of this location I believe was Chuehue helped me and answered every question I had. My knowledge of computer is slim because I'm still learning as I just got into it and I’ve been to a few other PC stores and a couple employees at other places basically made me feel dumb because I didn’t know the specifics but not the manager here I brought my PC in to get tested for an issue and he did a full run down and told me about his options on what he would do in this situation. This customer service and understanding deserves to be complimented, thank you!

I have been doing business with this place for over 15 years and have purchased 3 tower computers from them. In fact , Luke, the sales representative who sold me my last computer 8 years ago is still there. They are knowledgeable and easily accessible for your computer questions. I recently purchased a new HDMI card and installation went smoothly with no problems. I like working with a “small shop”. It seems more personalized.

I came in looking for an M.2 screw kit because my motherboard didn't come with one for my second M.2 slot. The guy behind the counter was nice enough to just give me one from their stock because it wasn't an item they sell. I couldn't have asked for nicer service. I will come back here next time I need to make a purchase.

Excellent service! They had parts in stock that I needed to repair a system I was working on. Very friendly, definitely going back if I need more equipment.

I had stopped in the Oshkosh store 3 times recently and each time they didn't have what I needed. "We can order it for you" doesn't work anymore. I can order almost anything online myself. I come for things I want now. They were under construction so I gave them a break on the stars. Hopefully they get things going soon.
