If I could I would leave zero stars. I had one of my worst customer service experiences at the Geek Squad, Best Buy in Oshkosh. Unkept promises and extremely poor communication in so many ways. On top of it all, the manager only made excuses and didn’t seem to believe me. I will NEVER step into a Best Buy nor use Geek Squad for anything ever again.

I purchased an amp instalation online .. Got an appointment..the dude that works there refuse to do my installation because my amp wasnt purchased at best buy.. they charged my best buy card canceled my apointment and claim they completed the instalation.. when they didnt!! They lied to the store..had to file a dispute to get my money back..very unprofessional geek squad service..

Very helpful and patient. Our computer was updated and checked over with no viruses detected. Settings were adjusted as requested and geek squad was very attentive to our service needs. I have very low vision and they made sure they left all my settings on black background and very large print so I can read my computer details. Thank you.

The grease squad was very helpful and knowledgeable he even helped me fix my other TV which was an older one

I'm 68. I was treated politely and respectfully by two young men who successfully fixed a computer problem that I tried to fix at home but couldn't.
