My daughters phone was not working. Calling customer service n tech support was a joke. They lied to me and her. I called the store as a last ditch effort before I was going to go to get new phones at a different company but Teresa Robertson was working and fixed the problem that no one else could. My daughter has multiple sclerosis and many Dr visits and neurologist visits and needs her phone. So because of her we will keep our phones. Maybe consider moving her up in your company or give her a decent raise. She kept customers and is very attentive to people and helpful. So thank you to her. She's got amazing customer service skills.

Worst experience ever and it really stressed me out. I was with boost for 9 years, but switched after this - I bought a phone that was supposed to be new, it was refurbished with a previous AT&T owners Apple ID, pictures, contacts, texts, call logs- after failing to get the Apple ID removed, they refused to let me return the phone I just bought because there was an Apple ID attached. I felt scammed and still do because even after meeting up with this person who’s Apple ID was on my “NEW” phone, we still haven’t resolved the issue, getting his Apple ID off this boost phone. Don’t waste your time and money the owner of this boost(Main ave) is also at the one on Ohio St in Oshkosh he acted helpless and inconsiderate after scamming me.

I have been going to this company for 15-20 years they will never let you down no matter what if you have a problem you go in there they are spot on as far as giving you info to fix it or they will help you fix it yourself they are so friendly I mean I you know I never went in there when they had a bad day ever if they had a bad day they don't show it I would never buy a phone or a plan anywhere else I will stay with them until the company goes under that's how much I value this company and the people that work there. so if you're interested in getting a new plan you cannot do better than going there and asking them to help you because they will they will go all out to help you!!!

I went to this location Monday and absolutely loved Kat. She was friendly and fun to talk to as she helped me with my phone set up and was able to answer all my questions. She helped me understand even the basics. It's all thanks to her that I had such a great experience there!!!
