Stop looking. Tony and associates are amazing at building and repairing laptops. I have bought three refurbished laptops from them, and they build to suit. First and foremost, they answered their phone when I called. All questions I asked were answered with ease and polite. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Quoted my computer to be done in 4 days, they had the job completed in 2. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the service and knowledge of the owner and employees that assisted me. I was looking for a couple affordable computers for a nonprofit business, and a good friend came across a computer that was posted on craigslist. I realized that the computer was at a local computer shop, so I went in and investigated. The owner assisted me to make sure that the computer met my needs, and he also threw in a docking station for a great deal. Since I was looking for two computers, and was really happy with this computer, they did some research for me and tracked down another computer with the same specifications. They added a 1 terabyte hard drive to get it to the same specifications of the other computer, and threw in an additional docking station at a great price. I had a friend of mine that knows computers look all over for a computer of this size that would work for our needs, and New Richmond Computers had the best price and quality around. Although the computers were previously used, that were in brand new condition, and did not have a scratch on them. Both computers also cam with Microsoft Office at no additional cost. I am very impressed with this organization, and I will absolutely be utilizing this computer shop in the future for my computer needs.
