They were so kind, helpful and responsive. My external hard drive stopped working and I went into panic mode because it had years of family photos. They clearly explained all of my options and reassured me they would do their best and get back to me as soon as possible. They did both. Fortunately, they were able to save my hard drive and recover the data. They were very reasonably priced, which I appreciated, but I appreciated their professionalism, their concern and their responsiveness even more. They gave me great suggestions as to how to avoid this situation happening again. They took a horrible situation and turned it into a positive experience. 5 stars for sure!

Excellent, friendly service! Had a replacement computer available and were back up and running in 2 days. Highly recommend. This was our 2nd great experience using their services and we feel confident contacting them again should we need them!

Great service. Was in from out of town and forgot my laptop charger. They helped me right away and she got me fitted with a new charger. None of the box stores had what I needed and they did. Their service was also leaps and bounds ahead of the box stores. Thank you so much for your help and finding me a charger!

Simply put I receive five star service for the repair of my laptop computer. Brookfield Computers reviewed the damage, was able to locate replacement parts I needed and repaired my laptop (not knowing any better, their business was my third attempt at finding one that could help me). Once the parts were received the repair happened very quickly---within an afternoon! I highly recommend them.

Had a great interaction with Brookfield Computers and they did NOT fix my problem. Let me explain, I was having problems with my monitor a thought it was the HDMI port. Joe confirmed what it would take to fix the problem (which was more than what the computer was worth), but also gave me a workaround. By not talking me into something and giving me other alternatives, Joe saved me several hundred dollars and I have a functioning extended monitor on my laptop. I would definitely go back to them as I know they are not going to try to sell me something I don't absolutely need. Thank you Brookfield Computers. Service done Nov of 2021.
