PC Mechanics

Once again PC Mechanics gave us sound advice and spent one half hour on the phone explaining what I needed to know about Windows 11 and its automatic updating system. The owner, Jim, has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. It is great to have a local business willing to discuss issues with you either in person or over the phone because others wouldn't take the time of day or can only tell you to bring your computer in without offering sound advice upfront or not wanting to help without charging you. Thanks again Jim for your help and we shall continue to bring our business to you. Also, we appreciate that you have remained in Neenah!!

Don't PANIC!! I somehow managed to get caught up in a scam and allowed scammer to access my computer. I was so worried that all my information would be stollen and had no clue who to contact for help. I called PC Mechanics and Jim and Cory were extremely helpful and reassuring. I took my computer in and was able to pick it up the next day. Issue resolved. Highly recommend!!

While my computer was beyond repair, my experience with PC Mechanics was a great one. Both guys that I interacted with were direct, concise, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to them before going to a place like Best Buy. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or that they were just trying to up charge me for work. They may not tell you what you want to hear, but they will tell you the truth and what needs to be done without beating around the bush. 5 Star services.

No knowledge at all! You come there tell them a problem that it may be in 2 areas and he just runs games and does very little stress testing to fix my problem. He did however put windows 10 back on my pc, but my problem was the motherboard which I came in and told arrogant worker that it might be gpu or motherboard. it took him a whole day to look at it and call me and go it was a windows 11 update. Which turned out to be wrong. Whatever they do to stress test is garbage! High prices and will rip you off and assume you dont know anything. Go to milwakuee pc in oshkosh. They get more foot traffic, cause they are actually good. 360 bucks for windows 10 back on my pc, but my games still crash. Saving up for a motherboard since these polesmokers ripped me off.

I called this place for advice on where to get Microsoft office so I didn't purchase anything from them and they gave me top tier advice for free and we're very helpful. Someone stayed on the phone with me for 10 minutes just to make sure I was lead in the right direction.
