The gentlemen working the counter was so patient and helpful. He gave me the good news and the bad news. I was worried, but felt that it would be a good investment to find out what condition my phone was in. Within 2 hours I received a phone call stating that my phone was repairable and that I could pick it up. I was so happy to get my phone repaired so quickly

Before I came here, I visited Best Buy & it was such an ordeal to get an appointment to fill paperwork out and then be sent off to another location.
