TECHY Monona - Buy/Repair/Sell - Inside Walmart

If I could give this company a negative star I would. They can’t even fix an iPad screen without damaging the button. Brought it in with the button working and a cracked screen and got it back with the button not working and no cracked screen. Refuses to repair or refund. Julio the owner refuses to fix their mistake. Called the next three closest techs locations and all 3 said that they are full of it and just don’t want to be held liable for their mistake. I write very few reviews so take this as a warning. Spend the couple extra dollars and go to a different location then the one in the Monona Walmart. Having to sue to retrieve my money isn’t something you should have to do but here we are.

Brought my PS5 in because it was overheating and shutting off. I had my reservations about taking it to Walmart but This store was amazing! Keith was extremely friendly and they got it cleaned out and it runs great. They were also able to help fix my phone for a reasonable price. I highly recommend you check them out!

I had a cracked screen fixed last year and they fixed the phone, but it took almost 4 months to complete just for a cracked screen. 9 months later the screen has a little color distortion, but still working just fine, so I bring it back because they have a lifetime warranty, however they say it's not covered under the warranty. Their is no damage to the phone and they even said it themselves so their lifetime warranty is a lie. They offer to fix it at half price, and I felt like this was also a scam but I wanted my phone fixed. It took another 3 months until they finally got back to me and said my phone was a total loss nothing they could do sorry. But my phone worked when I brought it too them and whatever they did to it now it doesn't work at all and they said I'm stuck with it sorry. They didn't try to make it right at all.

This is a terrible, very unprofessional “business”. I brought my iPhone in Dec 18th, came back the next day and got my phone a paid. The phone was locked so once I unlocked it I realize the screen and home button still didn’t work. Brought it back Wednesday and was schedule to pick it back up the next day @1 and they have been closed ever since. I guess I’m just out of a whole iPhone and $110?

Very impressed with the service I received with this company. They overnight ordered my S22 ultra lcd screen and beat a well known competitor price. Phone looks amazing and only a hour or so to fixed. Thank you so much for your great service!
