I had to return a package, and I have to give major props to Phoenix and Joe! Their teamwork is incredible it’s clear they know how to get things done efficiently. Even though I wasn’t in a rush, watching how well they work together was so impressive. Take care of these two, they’re amazing!

The staff at this location are always super nice, friendly, helpful, & patient; even though they're always under staffed.. everyone I've ever encountered is very nice ... which is why I drive all the way from the west side to come to this location... I wish they had more help... but everywhere needs help these days... but these guys/ladies are really good... just want to say thank you!

I recently took my laptop to Staples Tech Services to have software installed. As always, I received excellent service from the team. They are always so helpful, courteous, and friendly. I won’t take my laptop anywhere else! A huge thank you to the team!

About a month ago, I went to pick up my documents I made for my sisters baby shower. As you can imagine, the perceived expectations and anxiety that came with throwing this party was high. I wanted everything to be perfect. So when Zachary Satterfield (Supervisor at Monona location) saw my silent anxiety attack when he handed me my documents on flimsy, thin paper, he sprung into action. Though it was totally my fault, as I thought I ordered nice heavy cardstock, Zach offered to reprint my documents (free of charge) on a nicer cardstock. For an already expensive venture, the thought of having to pay another $50-60 bucks to get the right paper made me cringe. Zach, I told you I wouldn't forget to send a review in and THANK YOU for your kindness, compassion and helping me out. You made my day as I'm sure you've done with many others. Cheers to you!

The man working the TSA PreCheck booth has no business working in customer service. I arrived *five minutes early* for my 9:10 appointment; there was only one person helping, so I had to wait until he had finished with the woman in front of me. When she left and he called me forward, he told me I was late. I confirmed that I had a 9:10 appointment, and he responded: “Yes, and it’s now 9:13”. How in the world is it my fault for being “late” when I was waiting for YOU to finish helping someone else? Just rude and unnecessary, especially for such a brief appointment.
