uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Although it took a while for the parts I needed on my laptop – a new battery and a charger cord – Cat Agreed that I should keep the computer until the parts came in. Once they did come in, we set up an appointment for a same day repair. It was really nice to bring it in in the late morning/early afternoon and have it ready by the late afternoon. Nathan was good enough to give me a call, and Cat was as usual completely helpful and patient as I got the laptop up and running again at the front desk. It was, simply, an entirely positive experience, and I do appreciate them so much!

I Sent in my PS4 to this store for an update and deep clean, They were unable to do either and to be honest I'm not sure if they opened the system. I took it to another repair shop for a second opinion, they were able to 1. update the system without replacing the harddrive 2.Deep Cleaned the system 3.Tested all components to See what needed to be fixed 4. took photos of before and after and explained the process all while doing the repair 5.Replaced hard drive. I stopped in at another location on a whim because my phone broke. They didn't have the part to fix my phone but referred me to this location on Milwaukee's east side. I called before making the voyage. I was told they have the part but were kinda busy. I was told to get it in asap & they would try to have it fixed today, if not it would be tomorrow. I got down there and the woman behind the counter asked me if I have an appointment. I told her I do not. She looked at my phone, knew exactly what it was, then asked if I called. I said I had. She told me I do have an appointment and took my information, then went to work on my phone. About 2 hours later I called, expecting to be told I could pick it up the next day. Nope, it was ready! The kind lady (different one) that was there when I went to pick it up applied a $10.00 coupon to the job for me (unprompted, she did it to be nice) and got my phone back to me for less than $100.00! I will recommend this store, and the one in greenfield that referred me to this store, any time! What an awesome business staffed by considerate people!

Ultimately, they were able to fix my laptop but it took 3 weeks and I never got updates along the way unless I called and asked. And all they had to do was change the battery! Everyone I spoke to was really nice, but I’d say the customer service is still lacking because of the time time it took and lack of communication.

Super helpful staff. They took care of my Samsung Galaxy screen replacement with OEM parts and did all testing within just a few hours. I won't hesitate to use them again.
