From the minute I walked it I was greeted and professionally acknowledged. Jacky was great he took about 30 minutes to fix the back glass of my NOTE9 VIOLET. I got back and my phone was ready he cleaned it and took my payment and was very courteous and friendly. Thanks 😊. Will definitely recommend and use services again! Be blessed friends

Excellent service both times I have had my iPhone repaired. Once for a battery replacement and another for a charging port issue. Both were handled well, efficiently and affordable. Highly recommend the store on S. 27th Street in Milwaukee. Great people!

Literally saved me from spending crazy money on another phone! Kai was able to revive it and bring it back to life. I'm sure not every one gets lucky but if your phone gets wet, stop in and check them out. Was definitely worth it to me. Great service Kai!

This was my first visit to this store. Jason greeted us and when asked how he could help I gave him the phone and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. He went to check if he had the part and when he confirmed he did he gave us a estimate of how much the fix would cost. As we agreed to pay he started the paper work and after assessing the phone he informed us he would hook us up. I thought it was going to be a 50 dollar hook up but it resulted being a a 250 dollar hook up. He said because the phone had no damage he could file a claim as the phone was under warranty. I was shocked. I definitely recommend this place. Jason and his coworker both worked on my device and they were friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST. I appreciate them for fixing my sons phone and the patience they had when I could not give them the right password. Thank you so much for the great experience, I will definitely being going back in the future with any damaged devices I have! Thank you UbreakIfix!

I brought my phone in on Monday to the store located at 3654 S. 27th Street in Milwaukee to get a new battery as the one I had was starting to fail and not hold a charge for an extended time. Otherwise, the phone was working perfectly fine. I made an online appointment for 11:00, showed up at 11:00, and then was told to pick it up at 5:00. I wasn't sure the purpose for making an appointment if I was dropping off as I thought they repair while you wait but did so and came back at 5:00. I was told that they did change out the battery but now the display did not work. While unhappy about the situation, I understand things happen. However, how it was handled afterward is the reason for this negative review. I was told to call first thing Tuesday morning and ask for someone in management who was to be in the store to get the go ahead to order a new phone for me. I was told once approved; they would order the phone which would take an additional 2 days. I started calling at 10:00 Tuesday morning and every hour afterward only be told that the manager was not in yet. Finally, at 5:00, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone said he should be speaking with the district manager that evening and he would seek approval. I came in the next morning (Wednesday) only to find out that he never made contact, didn’t have time to check his messages yet and to check back later in the day. I have a business and need my phone for my business and could not wait any longer for the store to take care of the issue. I asked for my phone back and went to the Spectrum store to purchase a new phone. As mentioned, I understand things happen but it's what you do afterwards that matters. Unfortunately, no one felt it was that important to correct a wrong in a timely manner.
