My four-year-old airPods were acting up with a buzzing sound. After determining that the repair would cost more than it made sense to pay, the technician walked me through the types of new airPods available, and how they compare with what I have. She was very patient and knowledgeable, even though I wasn't having any work done there. I'm sorry that my airPods need to be replaced, but four years is pretty good considering I use them daily. I will use Premiere Tech Shop whenever I need Apple Authorized Service!

I've ordered all my Macbooks from Premiere Tech - 4 total (2 were from the owner at a different store before he left to open Premier Tech, a Macbook air, and a 13-inch Macbook pro). We just bought 13-inch and a 16-inch laptops, refurbished, from Premiere and they are amazing. Plus, when my laptop screen cracked last year, he fixed it in 4 days, even though Apple Genius Bar told me it would take 4 WEEKS to fix. TLDR: def bring your Apple products here for repair - it's much faster and easier than the Genius Bar, which always feels like such a big production lol. AND if you're in the market for a new device, ask them what they have for sale - you might get a great deal on a laptop or phone.
