I have worked with my computer tech, Ray Jordan, for a number of years now. We started our work when Word on my computer would not load, and I took a chance on working with someone I didn't know him and gave him access and control of my computer. This took a lot of faith and trust for me to do so, even though I was present and could have ended the process if there were any questionable practices. His work was incredible, he was patient with me as I am not techy at all, and has helped me many times with this issue since. His rates are extremely reasonable, he works with me in a timely fashion, and wants to make sure everything is completed quickly and accurately. In addition, I had him create a website for me. His work was exemplary, extremely creative, and patient with all my changes when asked. I love my website! I can't say enough good words about him. I contact him whenever I have an issue with my computer and he assists me, again, in a timely fashion with great rates.

The computer was not working and my husband called Milwaukee computer repair LLC and got Ray. He wasn’t able to stay on the phone with him so I had to. I’m not as computer savvy as my husband but Ray was able to navigate the whole process with me and my limited knowledge. He was great and if I had to do it again I would do it with him. Thanks again.
