Went in there today and I will never stop back in there again, after 11+ years of being a loyal customer. I asked if the guy could look at my phone and clear out some of my memory and without getting up and looking at my phone he said he wouldn't & couldn't from behind the desk still sitting. Instead of the old customer service the owners use to give, now it seems like all the guy and girl there want to do is just take monthly payments from customers and chit-chat & laugh about customers between the two of them. I need to buy a new phone and you can be certain it will not be from D&J. It's a shame because it use to be a good store, with great customer service. Now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Adam is very helpful with any problem I have with my phone's, highly recommend for any cellular needs and questions about them. Great selection of various phones, jewelery, speakers, and great selection of various smoking items from hookah's to rigs. Even had a gold raw cone, highly recommend 😊

They helped a friend of mine out because she didn't know how to do something on her phone and she tried to pay them and they would not even accept payment for showing her and helping her to achieve what she needed to great group of people

Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Fast efficient service. Prices for devices n accessories are beyond reasonable.👌 I'll never go elsewhere for my electronics.
