PC Doctor

Writing this revew from my newly repaired laptop! The techs at PC Doctor are friendly and very skilled. They repaired a broken charge port on my laptop. In the course of the repair, they discovered my charging cable also had a short in it, which they fixed as well, all for five dollars less than their original quote! Highly recommend PC Doctor!

Very nice guys. I've went a couple times to get weird things I've lost like M.2 retaining screws and CPU cooler brackets, and they've always helped me out free of charge. I haven't ever needed their services since I mostly handle my own upgrades and repairs, but if I ever do need help with anything relating to my PC, they're my first choice.

On a Sunday night I tried to install new RAM into my gaming PC and it wouldn't boot up afterwards. I spent a few hours trying to fix it on my own, to no avail, so I decided to bring it to PC Doctor. I called the next morning and was able to bring it in immediately. They do free diagnostics and quotes, so I decided to do that. A few hours after dropping it off, I received a call with my quote and said to continue with service. I was able to pick up my fixed PC the same night and everything has been working great! Prices were reasonable and the fact that they do the free diagnostics was super helpful. :) I would absolutely return and recommend.
