There is nothing like a local provider in comparison to the big companies. We went from Starlink (awful experience) to 24/7 & WWT fiber, and have been nothing but happy. Setting up the service took me less than 10 minutes, and within 24 hours, I was scheduled with a technician. Local company with local people. It really doesn't get better than that!

I recently had a fiber optic installer come out to our place and was super happy with our internet service when done. The employee was very professional and friendly.

24/7 offers cable/internet services that are astronomically more expensive than their competitors (i.e Spectrum/AT&T/CenturyLink). It would perhaps be worth it if they provided a better service but they do not, it is worse. If you have a problem with Spectrum you can call any time of the day and get help and you can do practically everything on their website. With 24/7 you can only call during business hours to get help-- they do have an answering service for after hours but they operate in a limited capacity and most things will have to wait until the next day; their website is also outdated by about 15 years so good luck with that. Pricing wise, when I was living in Minneapolis I was paying CenturyLink $60 a month for a 1 Gigabit of internet a month with no data caps. 24/7 charges $328.90 a month for the same service-- that is $3226 dollars in difference per year! Spectrum gives you 200 mbps for $50 a month, in order to get 200 mbps at 24/7 you would have to pay $178.9 a month. The facts don't lie. They will argue that their service is better and that Spectrum or CenturyLink uses a "shared pipe"-- I have had 5 different cable providers over the years and they all point fingers and say that their competitors use "shared pipes". Whether this is true or not is irrelevant since my current Spectrum service is better and faster than anything 24-7 provided me, "shared pipe" or not. Also the company they use for their cable service is called CELECT and when you go to their website it literally gives you a virus-- not even joking ( I really wish I was). Usually when a small company is trying to break into a competitive market (such as the cable/internet provider market) they charge less than their competitors and offer a superior service in order to get a foothold and grow-- I guess 24/7 decided that they would charge more and offer a inferior service. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I will concede though that when you call the people that answer the phone are very nice, helpful, personable and seem to take pleasure in helping customers. The management is really letting them down by making these greedy pricing decisions. It's truly a shame. Do yourself a favor and get Spectrum or CenturyLink instead-- you will thank yourself.

Got good internet for a good price. I paid the exact price they said I would month to month. This may sound like a given but for an ISP this is really a step above the rest. I recently moved away where I can only go through comcast or centurylink. Currently with centurylink and paying twice the amount that i was promised due to mystery monthly charges. If you are in an area where you can get 24/7 do yourself a favor and take it.

Absolutely amazing cable company, especially compared to the competition. Their employees are super friendly and you can always talk to someone who can get things done.
