The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I walked in to the store and was able to provide an idea/direction for a custom home PC. The owner went above and beyond building our computer down to the smallest detail. The owner also came in on a Saturday (not-open) to assist me. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to build a custom PC.

Had a broken part on a device device and they were able to order the part and have it fixed the same day parts arrived, within an hour. Was also less expensive than a couple other places I called AND the service was quick and friendly. I recommend this place.

Terrific, fast, reasonably priced, trustworthy service. You can't ask for much more. They not only do what you ask but try to understand the problem you are trying to solve to ensure they are providing the best solution. In my case, I was looking to boost performance on a laptop I use for work and I was planning to simply upgrade the RAM but they suggested also replacing the hard drive with a solid state drive. It wasn't just an upsell. I saw an immediate boost in performance from both the SSD and the RAM upgrade. Highly recommended.

DON'T GO HERE. If I could give a negative star I would. Took my computer here to just clean it out. I got more than expected. They put in a faster ram which was fine. They insisted that I buy a new computer cuz mine was out of date. Got ot back home and it probably worked for maybe a few hours. I tried turning it back on no longer wanted to ever come back on. A friend told me to rake it back to them I said not in a million years. I took it somewhere else and I got it fixed had a new motherboard in it and it works like brand new. I even asked pc Dr about a Bluetooth device you plug in a port. It actually had a Bluetooth chip. That's how much they know. And after the person gets my computer up and running low and behold there's a bunch of Spyware and mallard. Pc Dr never cleaned it. But they were happy with taking my money.

I gave them a laptop that needed to reverse the latest update. Very simple fix. I picked up a dead computer. And, I paid them $50 "diagnosis" fee. His diagnosis was completely off. I could have fixed it but was too busy to do it myself. Now i regret dealing with business.
