I came in on a Wednesday to pay for the services, leaving my number for a call back. Never called when the part came in. I dropped my phone off Saturday with a callback number, they never called me back, I just showed up and asked if it was done. 10/10 on workmanship but it’d be nice to be informed so I don’t keep them waiting as much as they kept me.

I had put in a thing back in May for a new phone screen and when it finally came in they had ordered the wrong one. So months later and i finally get the call that they got it after they had lost the one previously. Now that my phone, that they fixed today has a scratch on it, and the screen they had didn’t work so they had to do a black one. Very, very disappointed in the service of this place don’t recommend. Spend the money to get it done by a professional not these amateur

If zero was an option that's what they'd get. Had our laptop for over 6 months and the only thing they managed to do was put windows on it which cost $250. Went to pick it up and they tried to give it to us in pieces! What a joke

Absolutely terrible business. Don't even deserve 1 star. So let met explain this. 3 weeks ago I brought in my laptop because it wasn't charging anymore. When i got in there I wasn't greeted in anyway. There was one worker helping someone with his phone and another just standing around. The one standing around saw be but didn't say a word and wouldn't help me. When the other one was done and I went up to him and told him about my computer problems. He told me he needed $50 to run dionostics and that it could go into the cost of fixing it. So I paid him and left a tip to be nice. A week went by no call. Called them and they said they haven't looked at it yet. Called back a week after that. Same thong haven't touched it. Finally week 3 went by I decided to go in. I get there and the one guy tells me his brother is the one who works on them and that he refuses to come down and talk to me. He tells me that they still haven't done anything to it and that the $50 is non refundable even though they didn't do the dionostics. I took my pc and left. DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!
