Noah was incredibly helpful. He was able to tell me in a few minutes what the issue was with my phone. Since I had no GPS he kindly gave directions to both nearby Verizon stores, and recommended phones I might consider based on my old one. Much appreciated! Definitely above and beyond.

They fixed it, which is good I guess. I was told it would be a day or two. It took 5. I called on day 4 and they don’t appear to have even thought about starting the fix. I had to stand in line for a little over 10 minutes each time. The employees should understand that people can hear them talking in the back. I heard them talking negatively about some customers they were helping.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the PC was repaired within 2 days of bringing it in, but I was not notified. I was told that getting the new battery might take a week or longer, so I waited 12 days before I called and found out that it was ready for pickup. I did not receive the email that supposedly had been sent. Otherwise, I am totally satisfied with the job and the courteous - and patient - service I had received in the store.
