I bought a refurbished laptop set-up for teleworking from RE's Sherman Ave location. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I got a great set up for a very reasonable price. When I had trouble connecting my two company-owned external monitors to the new set-up, Boa, the technician I worked with, offered to have me bring them in and set them up for me. Excellent, excellent customer service. Hat's off to Boa and RE. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.

Nate fixed my PC, and it was not a simple problem (water cooling system, hoses and liquids were involved...a job for the professionals). He was very communicative, easy to work with, and transparent about everything. The cost was very fair, the service was perfection. I wish all companies were this easy to work with. I've used a couple other PC services in town and it's not even close. Use these guys without hesitation. I will from here on out.

Nate does a great job! I have bought 3 computers from him and my extended family and friends have bought from them as well. Everyone is absolutely thrilled with their products and services! If you need anything done to you computer, phone, printer, etc. these are the guys to talk to. Great job guys and keep up the excellent work!

Nate is an awesome person overall! Very friendly, managed to fix my desktop computer that was blue screening constantly in an efficient and best way possible. He also updated all my hardware and recommended what I should do later to maintain the quality of my computer. Definitely recommend REMACHINES for any computer repair! Thank you!

Nate was very helpful to us as we tried to replace the screen on an Acer netbook. Was able to take a look (free of charge) and tell us that the replacement screen was defective, then was reasonably priced--and super fast, fixed while I waited!--as he installed the replacement for the replacement. We're very excited to have a knowledgeable/affordable computer repair shop so close by; definitely takes the sting out of those awful times when you realize you've got a PC prob that you can't fix yourself. Thanks!
