The day before New Year's Eve, my phone experienced some damage and the screen went black and unresponsive. I called Madison Phone & Computer. Rylan answered right away and was very helpful in troubleshooting my phone and getting me expedited service. They were able to fix my phone on Jan 2nd, right after the holiday, so that I could have a working phone for my trip back to San Diego. The staff took incredible care of my urgent situation and my phone looked brand new after they fixed it. 😊 I'm so thankful for this local tech service shop!

I was traveling for work and my old phone went to the black screen of death. After going to my service provider and finding them closed for the day, I came across this store. The guys were absolutely amazing. I was able to purchase a new phone and they were able to power up my old phone to get the information transferred. They even supported me later in the evening when I had a few issues I highly recommend their services. A++++++++
