Computer Concepts

I worked with Noah throughout my repair and he was very useful, polite, and professional. When searching for a place to repair my laptop (hardware) one place didn't make it very convenient and the other basically said I had a cheap laptop and should just purchase a new one. There was one mishap during the process that was in no way Computer Concepts fault but Noah went above what was expected. In the end, it was a quick turn around and I found their prices competitive/reasonable!

My experience with computer concepts was, unfortunately, terrible. After a house fire at my home, I took my computer to computer concepts to recover the data (personal photos and videos). They were able to recover the data and agreed to keep the data safe until I purchased a new device. However, they erroneously discarded the data and could not recover it. I lost all my photos and video as a result of their error. I received conflicting explanations regarding what happened. I attempted to reach a solution to compensate me for this loss, but computer concepts did not follow through. Just an awful experience that I hope no other consumer has to experience.
