Computer Jay's Service, Repair and Custom Surveillance

I couldnt get on the internet and all the quick fixes I was given didnt work. So I called Jay, and he was amazing. I got my computer back and it is better and faster than ever. The price was so reasonable. If you need your computer fixed call Jay he is the best.

I really tried to give this guy a chance. But after a month of back and forth (conversation was initiated June 10, and my final message was July 10 with no response. Granted it wasn't the friendliest last message, but I was still willing to schedule PC service for my kids PC), constant rescheduling, delayed communication, and lack of commitment...I just have had enough.

Jay was great! Had an issue with my PC later in the night, he walked me through what to do. When that didn’t work I brought it to him and he quoted me at 2 hours of work. When the problem ended up being deeper then what we thought it was he still stood by that quote. Even though he worked on my computer for an excess of 6 hours he still only charged me for 2 hours of labor! And even after I got it home, one of my programs wouldn’t launch. I gave him a call and he went above and beyond to help me work through my issue over the phone and we got it figured out. He has 100% of my business from here on out and I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. Great guy and great service!

Jay was amazing and super-nice! He was able to fix my laptop problem in less than five minutes and he didn't charge me! Well worth the drive! If you ever have a computer issue, call Jay!
