I walked in and was reveille greeted by Brooke. She asked me what I needed help with and I needed help with my watch which was not charging had a weird red symbol on it. She attempted to use a different charger and diagnose the problem cut to the chase. I found that the I watch was no longer going to work and I purchased Similar version which I was really happy with and Brooke walk me through the process of the set up told me what to expect was very friendly and very knowledgeable as Was her co-partner. I would highly recommend this location for any issues that you have regarding technology.

I could not get my Macbook Pro 2017 to work with my new iPhone 16. I wanted my new phone restored with my backup from my MacBook. I contacted the Mac Guy’s store, and they told me to bring it in and see what they could do for me. They quoted me a price based on what they needed to do to fix my problem. I thought it was a fair price. I was so happy when Andrew fixed both new phones. I would return to them with any issues or if I want to buy a new Mac. And Hiedi and Brook at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Awsome GALS!!!!!! Spent 2 days at AT&T Tomah. Couldn’t get my phone to update. Went to library for 2 hours to try their WIFI. Didn’t work. Left plugged in overnight next to my router. This did not work either. Multiple hard resets and still nothing. These amazing women, took care of my software update dilemma in less then 30 minutes. And didn’t charge me at all. These ladies are the REAL DEAL!! So so HAPPY!!!! ❤️🙂🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thank you QUEENS!

The workers at the front desk are super nice, caring, and patient. I brought in my macbook to get the screen repaired and they quoted me 75$. I got a call later saying the repair would be about 800$. So, not knowing it would be that expensive I told them I didn't want the repair and I went to go pick it back up. I was charged 158$ for them to tell me my screen was cracked. On the receipt it says that I asked for a backup before the repair was performed, which is true, however why was I still charged for that if the repair wasn't even made. In conclusion, if you have a crack in your screen don't go to The Mac Guys.
