This was my first time using this option to have my phone screen fixed. It was easy to set up date an time, it was like next day service. It was conveinant to have done right at my home. And literally took under 30 minutes. My phone is perfect, fixed and nothings been damaged in the process. The tech that came today, his name was Mike. He was awesome and provided great service experience. Professional.

Great location and easy to find. Staff in the store were prompt, friendly and efficient. Service was completed ahead of schedule. They took such good care of my iPad…I felt like I was walking out with a new device!

This was my first time ever having to fix my iPhone and setting it up was easy and Mike was great called me ahead of time came exactly when he said he was and fixed it in the time he said an overall great experience will definitely use them again if need be and refer people as well thank you so much 😁

I previously wrote and outstanding review for Mike when he replaced my phone screen. Later that night he returned to my house and informed me that he left an important piece off of my phone and told me to file a new claim. When I asked if I could take the piece to a store to get it installed he said yes. When I then took the part to the physical store I was I formed that even though I have video evidence of the employee admitting fault, they were not liable and would not be able to help. Never use this service and if you do, record everything. Unacceptable.
